Today was a rainy summer day. What a wonderful change from the 100+ degree summer days we have been experiencing in Texas.
So what did we do today to entertain ourselves?
We actually played indoor baseball using a dry water ball and a small souvenir bat. The garage door was 1st base, the couch was 2nd and the love seat was 3rd. The big old chair in the corner was home. The only rule was don’t break anything.
The boys and I had a great time….and nothing was broken.
Using a little imagination can help create a fun day when the kids can not go outside to play.
